YMCA Open House

On Saturday, January 24, 2009, we will welcome our members, guest and the community to our Open House from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

There will be several 20-minute sampler classes from Belly Dance, Spin to Yoga. Try several group exercises out and bring a friend!

If you have always been curious about Belly Dance, Yoga, Feldenkrais, Step, Body Sculpt, Indoor Cycling, and other classes we have but did not have the time or wanted to check out this instructor or you wanted to try but never got around to it, this is your chance.

The American Red Cross will be conducting a blood drive in front of the YMCA from 9am – 3pm. No advance sign up is needed. Please start your New Year by making a blood donation.
