Health and Fitness

We make it easy for you to get your exercise the way you like – in a group class, on your own or with a personal trainer. Every new member gets three free fitness orientations to learn how to use our equipment and develop a fitness program. You will learn about:

  • Cardiovascular machines
  • Strength training (free weights, machines and our FitLinxx computer program)
  • Abdominal and low back work
  • Stretching

Fitness Floor staff are available to meet with members and answer questions most hours that the facility is open. You may ask to have your fitness program reevaluated every three months to keep up with your progress and keep your workouts interesting.
