How does Personal Training work?
Working with a certified trainer provides focus on your health and fitness goals. Depending on your schedule, current health and fitness condition, Personal Training can provide you with structure, accountability, coaching and partnership to help you achieve results.   The first session with your trainer is an assessment of your health and fitness, to establish a baseline for improvement. Small group training of 2, 3 or 4 persons provides members with affordable rates and is a great way to train with family, friends, and members. Contact the trainer you are interested in working with and talk with them about your goals and needs. Then purchase your sessions at the front desk before working with the trainer.
